Visa and invitation letters
International participants should check visa requirements well in advance, as processing can take several weeks.
If you need a letter of invitation for your visa application, email the organising committee (see Contact) with:
- your full name as it appears in your passport,
- your affiliation and position,
- your passport number and nationality,
- your abstract reference number, if you have submitted one.
Invitation letters are issued to registered participants and presenters of accepted abstracts.
