Present your work at EOMA2027

We invite abstracts presenting original research, case studies, and work in progress. Submissions from early-career researchers and students are particularly welcome.

Review

Every abstract is reviewed by at least two members of the program committee for relevance, originality and clarity. The committee decides whether each accepted abstract is presented as a talk or a poster, taking your preference into account.

After acceptance

At least one author of each accepted abstract must register for the symposium and present the work in person.

How to submit

1. Prepare your abstract in English (maximum 300 words, excluding title and authors) as a PDF or Word file, using the abstract template.
2. Open the submission form, enter the presenting author's details and upload the file.
3. You will see a reference number straight away and receive a confirmation email.
