What we collect

When you submit an abstract we collect the details you enter in the form — your name, email address, affiliation, country, co-author names, and the abstract file you upload.

How we use it

We use this information only to run the symposium: to review abstracts, contact you about the outcome, build the program, and publish accepted titles and author names in the program and abstract book.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

Who can see it

Only members of the organising committee and the reviewers they appoint can see submissions. The files are stored in private storage and are not publicly accessible.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions until 12 months after the symposium, then delete them. Accepted titles and author names may remain in the published program.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your submission at any time by writing to the organising committee (see Contact).
